These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the taya365e website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the taya365e Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

• You are not a person who has been excluded from gaming by a court order, self-exclusion agreement, or regulatory directive.

• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a taya365e employee involved in the operation of the Platform.

taya365e employs mandatory age verification procedures during the registration process. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation — including a government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license — to verify your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents will result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access the full range of taya365e services, you must register for an account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. taya365e is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) taya365e account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. taya365e employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, taya365e reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

You must not register an account using false, misleading, or third-party identity information. taya365e reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account at any time, including requesting certified copies of identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your taya365e Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

taya365e will never contact you to request your password. If you receive any communication purporting to be from taya365e that requests your password or other sensitive account information, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify taya365e immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. taya365e shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorized access will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

taya365e strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. We also recommend using a unique, strong password that is not used for any other online service.

All deposits and account balances on the taya365e Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). taya365e accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• GCash e-wallet
• Maya (formerly PayMaya) e-wallet
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Philippine debit cards

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. taya365e does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

taya365e does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind as a deposit or withdrawal method. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

Withdrawal requests on taya365e are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit, where applicable.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.
• taya365e reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

taya365e aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified for each payment method. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. taya365e shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

taya365e reserves the right to withhold or reverse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, taya365e will notify the affected player and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

taya365e offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered and form part of these Terms.

General bonus terms applicable to all taya365e promotions include:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds, which are separate from your real-money balance.

All games available on the taya365e Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

taya365e uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party studio providers and are subject to their respective regulatory certifications.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, taya365e will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last valid state. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taya365e Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the taya365e Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the taya365e Platform without our prior written consent.

The taya365e name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of taya365e. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, taya365e, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the taya365e Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service, system downtime, or technical failures.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the Platform.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes resulting from technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.

taya365e's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit taya365e's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The taya365e Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

taya365e reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Inactivity of your account for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds, fraudulently obtained winnings, or amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your taya365e account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to the applicable game rules.

taya365e reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by posting a notice on the taya365e Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the taya365e Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The taya365e Platform operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation).

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the taya365e Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to specific game outcomes or account transactions, taya365e's internal dispute resolution process must be exhausted before any external legal proceedings are initiated. To initiate a dispute, contact our support team with full details of the matter within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute.
